To President Macron:
Your vow to recognize a Palestinian state at the UN this September is a shameful betrayal of moral clarity and geopolitical responsibility.
You are preparing to reward Hamas — a terrorist group that murdered, raped, kidnapped, and still holds hostages — with diplomatic recognition. Hamas has welcomed your move. When one of the world’s deadliest terror groups celebrates your policy, it’s clear you are on the wrong side of history.
This recognition does not advance peace. It legitimizes violence, empowers extremists, and sends the worst possible message: terrorism pays.
Worse still, your decision comes as antisemitism surges across France, with over a third of French Jews considering emigration for safety.
We urge you to immediately retract this dangerous declaration and publicly affirm:
• Terrorism must never be rewarded.
• Hamas must disarm and release all hostages.
• France must combat antisemitism and protect its Jewish citizens.
This is not diplomacy. It’s appeasement.
Do not side with terror.
